About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join our dynamic team in Nigeria. In this role, you will play a crucial part in overseeing contract lifecycles, ensuring rigorous compliance, and supporting our strategic growth within the energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer contracts in accordance with agreed terms, company policies, and corporate governance frameworks.
  • Maintain accurate contract records, registers, and documentation throughout the entire lifecycle.
  • Monitor compliance with contractual terms, including scope, pricing, timelines, and payment conditions.
  • Support the preparation, documentation, and tracking of contract variations, change orders, and amendments.
  • Liaise closely with operations, project, procurement, finance, and legal teams on all contract-related matters.
  • Prepare periodic contract status reports for management review and support internal and external audits.
  • Identify contractual risks, flag deviations, and assist in implementing effective mitigation actions.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in contract administration or commercial support roles.
  • Prior experience in upstream oil and gas or oilfield servicing companies is highly desirable.
  • Professional certification such as WorldCC, IACCM, PMP, or CIPS represents a distinct advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, document management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and modern contract management systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
