About the Role
Maxhill British School is a premier private educational institution situated in the serene and accessible Parkview Estate in Okota, Lagos. We are currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Staff member to join our campus safety team and maintain a secure atmosphere for our pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor school premises, gates, and perimeter fences to prevent unauthorized access.
- Manage visitor sign-in protocols, issue visitor passes, and direct guests appropriately.
- Conduct routine security patrols across the school compound day and night.
- Monitor and operate school security systems, including gates and surveillance equipment.
- Enforce school safety policies and emergency evacuation procedures when necessary.
- Collaborate with local community security networks around Okota and Isolo to report suspicious activities.
- Assist parents and school transport services with orderly arrival and departure procedures.
- Minimum of SSCE or relevant academic qualification.
- Proven professional experience working as a security guard or in a similar safety role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Applicants must reside strictly within Ago, Okota, Isolo, Cele Express, and immediate environs.
- Strong situational awareness, physical fitness, and integrity.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills to interact professionally with parents and staff.
