Addosser Microfinance Bank Limited is looking for a dynamic Content & Social Media Manager to elevate our brand presence and connect with our target audience of SMEs, artisans, and entrepreneurs across Nigeria. In this role, you will shape our digital voice, foster active online communities, and develop compelling content strategies that highlight our financial solutions and empower our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive social media and content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, edit, and publish high-quality daily content across all major social media platforms, tailored to the Nigerian microfinance sector.
- Build, nurture, and manage vibrant online communities by responding to customer inquiries and fostering positive interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to promote campaigns, financial products, and special events.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and generate regular reports to optimize content strategies.
- Manage the corporate blog, newsletters, and website copywriting to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years of proven experience in social media management and content creation, preferably within the fintech or banking sector.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong grasp of the Nigerian digital landscape.
- Familiarity with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and basic graphic design tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences, from market traders to corporate stakeholders.
