Key Responsibilities- Manage and monitor digital trading transactions across various platforms with high accuracy.
- Assist customers promptly with digital trade enquiries, account issues, and transaction-related requests.
- Process trade orders, verify transaction details, and maintain meticulous digital records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve transaction discrepancies and escalate technical problems efficiently.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all digital trade activities and operations.
- Prepare accurate periodic reports on digital transactions and operational updates for management.
- Promote strict adherence to the organization's financial, operational, and compliance policies.
- Provide outstanding customer service to drive high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Assist in onboarding new customers seamlessly onto our digital services and platforms.
- Minimum of an OND in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in navigating various digital platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Demonstrated customer service and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry and processing.
- Ability to thrive under pressure, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines.
- Basic understanding of digital financial transactions is an added advantage.
- Willingness to work a 6-day work week, 8 hours daily.
