About the Role
Human Edge Consulting, a leading human resource consulting and staffing services company founded in 1989, is searching for a talented Content Creator & Social Media Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to work with Nigeria's most innovative organizations, creating digital content that captivates audiences and builds brand authority across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Create engaging photo, video, and written content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging platforms
- Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content including reels, behind-the-scenes footage, tutorials, and product highlights
- Develop creative concepts and scripts for brand storytelling and campaign execution
- Collaborate with project teams to capture design processes and key milestones
- Manage and maintain content library while ensuring brand consistency and visual excellence
- Monitor design, decor, and social media trends to establish thought leadership
- Provide live content coverage for exhibitions, installations, and organizational events
- Proven experience as a content creator, videographer, or visual storyteller
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as CapCut, InShot, or Adobe Premiere
- Strong understanding of Instagram Reels, TikTok algorithms, and short-form content
- Excellent writing skills for captions and visual storytelling
- Exceptional eye for aesthetics, lighting, and visual composition
- 3–5 years of experience in social media content creation (preferred)
- Lagos-based and available for full-time onsite work (preferred)
- Passion for creative industries and visual storytelling
