Key Responsibilities- Create, edit, and publish engaging content daily across all major social media platforms to promote the company brand, products, and services.
- Develop innovative and creative concepts for promotional videos, high-quality images, compelling captions, reels, and other marketing materials.
- Ensure that all outgoing digital content remains clear, visually attractive, highly professional, and strictly aligned with the corporate brand identity.
- Assist customers seamlessly with order processing, inquiries, and issue resolution while maintaining a welcoming and supportive demeanor.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify emerging trends in content creation and implement strategies that drive audience engagement and customer satisfaction.
- Possession of a Bachelor degree (B.Sc.) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 1 year of verifiable professional experience in content creation, digital marketing, or customer service roles.
- Solid, up-to-date knowledge of current social media platforms, content algorithms, and digital trends within the Nigerian market.
- Strong customer service orientation backed by exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to conceptualize and produce attractive, audience-focused social media content independently and collaboratively.
