About the Role
Vestates Limited, a premier private real estate and property management firm established in 2013, is seeking a talented Content Creator and Copywriter to join our growing team in Abuja. In this role, you will shape the voice and visual presence of our assigned subsidiaries, turning business objectives into creative, high-performing content that engages prospective tenants, home buyers, and commercial investors.
Key Responsibilities- Develop creative content ideas and monthly content calendars aligned with each subsidiary's marketing objectives.
- Write compelling captions, social media copy, hooks, video scripts, and strong calls-to-action.
- Create engaging Reels, short-form videos, photos, and diverse social media assets.
- Plan and execute content shoots using available equipment, delivering a minimum of 12 planned content pieces per month per subsidiary.
- Monitor social media trends, recommend content opportunities, and collaborate closely with the Social Media Manager, Graphic Designer, and media production team.
- Review content performance metrics regularly to optimize future campaigns and brand visibility.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar marketing role, preferably within real estate or consumer brands.
- Strong storytelling skills with demonstrated ability to write engaging captions and scripts.
- Proficiency in creating short-form video content and basic video editing.
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong organizational skills with a portfolio demonstrating previous successful content work.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple brands and tight deadlines.
