About the Role
Epheezy Model Management is a leading Nigerian modeling and talent development agency based in Lagos Mainland, Lagos, dedicated to discovering, training, and placing aspiring creative talents. We are currently expanding our creative team and looking for a passionate, innovative Content Creator who can help elevate our brand presence across digital platforms and tell compelling stories about our models and agency journey.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality photo and video content for our official social media channels, website, and marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the management and scouting teams to highlight new model discoveries, portfolio updates, and agency events.
- Stay up-to-date with current digital media trends, TikTok trends, and Instagram aesthetics relevant to the fashion and modeling industry.
- Write engaging captions, manage content calendars, and interact with our growing online community.
- Assist in organizing and capturing behind-the-scenes footage during model castings, photo shoots, and runway shows.
- Proven experience as a Content Creator, Videographer, Social Media Manager, or similar creative role, preferably within the fashion or modeling industry.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro) and photo editing tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional storytelling, photography, and videography skills.
- Deep understanding of Nigerian and global social media platforms, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment in Lagos Mainland.
