About the Role
Whip Smart Service Providers Limited is looking for a talented and creative Content Creator to join our expanding team in Nigeria. With offices in Lagos and Port Harcourt, we are dedicated to excellence and innovation across our operations. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand's digital identity, producing engaging multimedia content, and connecting with our audience through compelling storytelling on social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, shoot, and edit weekly digital content including reels, photos, carousels, and short-form videos for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
- Develop innovative content ideas, visual mood boards, and comprehensive social media calendars.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align content creation with overall marketing goals, product launches, and company milestones.
- Monitor social media trends, popular formats, and trending audios to keep the brand relevant and engaging.
- Write compelling captions, hooks, and calls-to-action that drive user engagement and audience growth.
- Maintain a consistent, premium, and professional brand aesthetic across all digital touchpoints.
- HND or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of proven professional experience in digital content creation, videography, or social media management.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in video editing, photography, and social media storytelling.
- Proficiency in modern content creation and editing tools such as CapCut, Canva, InShot, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional eye for detail, aesthetics, visual composition, and brand presentation.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work under tight deadlines.
