We are currently looking for a dynamic, creative, and proactive Social Media Manager to join our vibrant team in Gbagi, Ibadan, Oyo State. In this role, you will take charge of our digital footprint, shape our online brand voice, and connect meaningfully with our target audience across multiple social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, plan, and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with company goals to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Create, edit, and schedule visually appealing and engaging multimedia content utilizing tools such as Canva and CapCut.
- Monitor current social media trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing tools to identify creative opportunities for brand growth.
- Engage actively with our online community by responding to comments, direct messages, and inquiries professionally and promptly.
- Track, analyze, and report on social media key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success and guide future marketing efforts.
- Possession of a Bachelor degree or Higher National Diploma (B.Sc/HND) in Marketing, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- 1 to 3 years of proven professional experience working as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or in a similar digital marketing role.
- Proficiency in using content creation and editing tools such as Canva, CapCut, and various social media management dashboards.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret social media analytics data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with exceptional attention to detail.
