About the Role
Eden Solutions & Resources Ltd is seeking a creative, confident, and commercially minded Content Creator to develop compelling digital material that positions our real estate brand strongly in the market, showcases properties effectively, and generates meaningful audience engagement and leads.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute engaging content for social media platforms, the company website, and other digital channels.
- Create high-quality property walkthroughs, reels, short-form videos, promotional videos, and photographs.
- Visit properties to capture compelling visual content highlighting features, locations, amenities, and investment potential.
- Write engaging captions, scripts, property descriptions, and marketing copy.
- Appear in videos when required to confidently present properties and real estate opportunities to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure content aligns with current property listings and business objectives.
- Monitor social media trends, content formats, and competitor activities within the Nigerian real estate market.
- Track content performance and provide actionable insights on engagement, reach, and lead generation.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Proven expertise in creating short-form video content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
- Strong photography, videography, and editing skills using tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or Canva.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident on-camera presence.
