About the Role
RealNov8 Estates, a premier property development and real estate marketing firm based in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, is looking for a creative and driven Videographer to join our dynamic media team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in bringing our architectural masterpieces and residential estates to life through high-quality video production. You will capture stunning footage of properties, construction milestones, and corporate events to elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. Key Responsibilities- Shoot high-definition video tours of residential properties, land developments, and model homes.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce engaging video content for social media, website, and digital campaigns.
- Handle professional video editing, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics integration.
- Operate and maintain professional camera equipment, gimbals, drones, and lighting setups.
- Manage video assets, archives, and project files efficiently to meet tight production deadlines.
- Stay up-to-date with current real estate media trends and innovative videography techniques.
- Minimum of a Bachelor degree (BSc) in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Cinematography, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven professional videography and video editing experience, preferably within the real estate or advertising industry.
- Proficiency in industry-standard editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in camera operation, lighting, and post-production.
- Exceptional creativity, storytelling abilities, and time management skills.
- Based in Port Harcourt or willing to resume work on-site in Rivers State.
