Key Responsibilities- Provide expert consultancy and strategic advisory services on assigned state projects and policy initiatives.
- Conduct thorough research, data analysis, and feasibility studies to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with relevant Ministries, Departments, and Agencies (MDAs) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop comprehensive reports, policy briefs, and actionable recommendations for government leadership.
- Monitor and evaluate ongoing projects to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement workshops, training sessions, and capacity-building programs.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline from a recognized institution; a Master's degree or higher professional certification is a strong advantage.
- Demonstrated professional experience in consulting, project management, public administration, or a specialized technical field.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to deliver results within tight deadlines in a fast-paced public sector environment.
- Familiarity with the socio-economic landscape of Nigeria, particularly Kwara State, is highly desirable.
