The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient utilization, maintenance, and administration of heavy machinery and plant equipment across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations of construction plant equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety standards.
  • Coordinate the allocation and scheduling of machinery to meet project timelines and minimize downtime.
  • Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance schedules, liaising with service teams to reduce breakdowns.
  • Maintain accurate records of plant assets, spare parts, and consumables for seamless inventory control.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, health and safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Prepare detailed reports on plant utilization, operational costs, and performance metrics for management review.
  • Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to secure timely support and cost-effective solutions.
  • Support site managers and project teams with plant-related administrative tasks and expert guidance.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in construction plant administration or a related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of heavy machinery operations, maintenance schedules, and industry compliance standards.
  • Proficiency in plant management software and the MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
