About the Role
Scruples Resources is seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Maintenance Lead Tech III to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will oversee critical technical activities, ensure strict adherence to safety standards, and drive operational excellence across various construction and industrial projects in Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Review work requirements, engineering drawings, procedures, and applicable specifications prior to execution.
- Carry out assigned technical activities safely and in full compliance with approved company procedures.
- Inspect work sites, equipment, and materials to promptly identify defects or deviations.
- Coordinate seamlessly with supervisors, engineering teams, QA/QC, and HSE departments to resolve work interfaces.
- Maintain accurate operational records, daily reports, checklists, and comprehensive handover information.
- Participate actively in risk assessments, toolbox talks, permit-to-work activities, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Possession of a relevant degree, HND, OND, trade qualification, or recognized professional certification appropriate to the discipline.
- Demonstrated industrial, construction, oil and gas, marine, or project experience is highly preferred.
- Strong ability to read, interpret, and apply technical documents and blueprints.
- Exceptional commitment to HSE protocols, quality standards, communication, and team collaboration.
- Role-specific statutory, technical, offshore, or safety certifications will be provided as required by client and site standards.
