About the Role
Conclase Consulting is a leading provider of top-notch IT solutions and support services, dedicated to helping businesses transform into intelligent enterprises and driving workforce excellence. We are currently looking for a passionate and knowledgeable CompTIA Network Tutor to join our education team on a contract basis. In this on-site role located in Ikeja, Lagos, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the next generation of IT professionals by delivering structured, high-quality instruction for CompTIA Network+ and related networking certifications.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, structured lessons covering CompTIA Network+ and core networking concepts in an on-site classroom setting.
- Guide learners through practical, hands-on labs utilizing routers, switches, firewalls, and network diagnostic tools.
- Design and update comprehensive training materials, lesson plans, and practical exercises tailored to diverse learning styles.
- Provide personalized support through Q&A sessions, assignment reviews, and continuous constructive feedback.
- Monitor learner progress, assess performance, and adapt teaching methodologies to ensure optimal learning outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with the education and operations teams to align course content with current industry standards.
- Maintain a professional, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Strong, demonstrable knowledge of networking fundamentals including the OSI model, TCP/IP, routing, switching, and network security.
- Proven experience in teaching, tutoring, or mentoring learners in IT or networking topics, preferably for CompTIA Network+.
- Possession of relevant industry certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Security+, or equivalent networking credentials.
- Hands-on experience configuring and troubleshooting network devices and monitoring tools.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and classroom management skills with a patient approach to instruction.
- Ability to commit to on-site delivery in Ikeja, Lagos for the duration of the training program.
