About the Role
Erisco Foods Limited, a renowned indigenous manufacturer of quality food products in Nigeria, is seeking a dedicated and proactive Compliance Officer to join our team in Delta. In this role, you will play a crucial part in strengthening our regulatory compliance, internal auditing, and documentation processes to support our continued growth and operational integrity.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive internal compliance audits and actively assist in the implementation of company policies.
- Monitor adherence to corporate policies, management directives, and statutory regulations.
- Track and review customer acknowledgements and ensure strict compliance with company credit policies.
- Manage debtors' circularisation, drive the recovery of outstanding debts, and perform meticulous reconciliations of corporate customer accounts.
- Monitor market operations to prevent the inflation of product prices and maintain brand integrity.
- Bachelor Degree or HND in Accounting, Business Administration, Law, Management Sciences, or a related field.
- B.Sc, HND, OND, or Graduate Trainees with 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in compliance, audit, or statutory reporting will have an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple compliance tasks simultaneously across different departments.
- Must currently reside in Asaba, Delta State.
