About the Role
Geoplex Drillteq Limited, the fastest-growing indigenous oilfield service company in Nigeria, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Completions Supervisor to join our growing operations. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing complex well completion activities, ensuring safe, timely, and cost-effective service delivery for our esteemed clients in the upstream oil and gas sector.
Key Responsibilities- Independently supervise multiple completion installations across land, swamp, offshore, and deepwater environments.
- Provide strong technical leadership and direction to wellsite crews during all phases of completion operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and industry standards at all times.
- Troubleshoot operational challenges effectively and implement prompt corrective actions.
- Prepare accurate technical reports and maintain seamless communication and relationship management with clients.
- Collaborate with foreign technical partners and internal management teams to optimize service delivery.
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.), Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.), or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Petroleum, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 8 to 12 years of relevant field experience in completion tools, featuring significant supervisory responsibilities.
- Demonstrated track record of independently supervising diverse completion installations.
- Prior working experience with a major international completion tools or oilfield service company is a distinct advantage.
- Extensive operational exposure across land, swamp, offshore, and/or deepwater terrains.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, technical reporting, and client-interface capabilities.
- Possession of valid offshore and industry-standard safety certifications.
