About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Company HSE Manager to champion our commitment to operational excellence, robust HSSE standards, and safe project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Company's HSE Management System in line with Nigerian legislation and industry standards.
  • Provide strategic HSE leadership across onshore, offshore, marine, and project operations.
  • Ensure full compliance with statutory, regulatory, and contractual HSE requirements.
  • Lead hazard identification, risk assessments, and the implementation of emergency response arrangements.
  • Coordinate HSE inspections, audits, and thorough investigations of incidents or near misses to drive corrective actions.
  • Promote a proactive safety culture among employees, contractors, and key stakeholders.
  • Deliver comprehensive HSE training, awareness programs, and competency initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Management, Engineering, or a related science discipline.
  • Recognized professional HSE certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or ISO 45001 Lead Auditor.
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant HSE experience within the oil and gas, geophysical, marine, or energy sector.
  • Demonstrable expertise in managing project-based operational environments and offshore marine HSE operations.
  • Thorough knowledge of Nigerian HSE legislation, risk assessment methodologies, and incident investigation techniques.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
