In this role, you will be responsible for the safe and timely transportation of staff, clients, and corporate goods to various destinations. You will play a vital role in keeping our daily business operations running smoothly by adhering to strict schedules, maintaining assigned vehicles in top condition, and delivering exceptional service to all passengers.
Key Responsibilities- Safely transport employees, clients, and company goods to designated locations in a timely manner.
- Follow assigned routes meticulously while adapting to unforeseen traffic delays or detours.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections, ensuring proper maintenance including regular fueling, cleaning, and prompt reporting of mechanical faults.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbooks for trips, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents.
- Strictly adhere to all Nigerian traffic laws, company safety regulations, and corporate policies at all times.
- Assist with loading and unloading luggage or goods as required by operations.
- Deliver courteous, respectful, and professional customer service to all passengers and stakeholders.
- Valid Nigerian driver’s license with a clean driving record and extensive knowledge of local routes and traffic patterns.
- Proven professional driving experience, preferably within a structured corporate environment.
- Proficiency in using modern navigation tools such as Google Maps and GPS devices.
- Basic mechanical understanding to identify early vehicle issues and communicate effectively with mechanics.
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent time management, and a high level of personal integrity.
- Defensive driving certification or relevant safety training is a distinct advantage.
