Key Responsibilities- Support the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately and efficiently
- Receive, shelve, rotate, and routinely count medications and supplies to ensure proper inventory control and expiry management
- Maintain accurate daily sales records and support basic operational expense tracking with appropriate approvals
- Respond to customer enquiries and telephone calls, providing general health information or directing calls as needed
- Ensure the pharmacy environment, shelves, and work areas are clean, organised, and compliant with standard healthcare regulations
- Must possess a recognized Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) degree or certification
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a healthcare, clinic, or pharmacy setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer service
- Basic computer literacy for record-keeping and inventory management
