Key Responsibilities- Administer comprehensive nursing and midwifery procedures in accordance with hospital and nursing guidelines.
- Coordinate patient care effectively in liaison with relevant medical and administrative departments.
- Maintain safe custody of patient records, case notes, and clinical documentations while submitting required reports.
- Establish a compassionate and supportive environment by providing emotional, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
- Assure quality of care by adhering to therapeutic standards and measuring health outcomes against established goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to infection-control policies, medication administration protocols, and safety regulations.
- Provide prompt, effective care to patients during medical emergencies and manage equipment inventory responsibly.
- Valid practicing license as a Registered Nurse and Midwife from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria.
- Proven clinical experience in a recognized hospital or healthcare facility.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
