Key Responsibilities- Provide basic primary healthcare and clinical support services to patients across all age groups.
- Deliver comprehensive health education and counseling to individuals, families, and community groups to promote wellness and disease prevention.
- Assist medical and nursing staff with routine clinical procedures, patient triage, and vital signs monitoring.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Participate in community outreach programs, immunization drives, and public health campaigns.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment within the healthcare facility at all times.
- Must possess a valid Community Health Extension Worker (CHEW) certificate from a recognized institution.
- Must hold a current and valid practicing license from the relevant regulatory body in Nigeria.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional work experience in a clinical or primary healthcare setting.
