About the Role
AMO Farm Sieberer Hatchery Limited, a market leader in the Day Old Chicks and poultry sector in Nigeria, is seeking a strategic, creative, and results-driven Communications Manager. You will lead the development and execution of our comprehensive internal and external communications strategy to strengthen our corporate identity, engage key stakeholders, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an integrated communications strategy aligned with company business goals.
- Lead internal communication programmes, employee engagement initiatives, and town halls in partnership with HR.
- Manage external and corporate communications, including press releases, stakeholder engagement, and media relations.
- Oversee digital and social media communications, content development, and corporate storytelling.
- Support senior management with executive communications, speechwriting, and crisis management frameworks.
- Establish communication KPIs and monitor performance across all channels.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant corporate communications experience, preferably within agriculture, FMCG, or manufacturing.
- Proven expertise in digital communications, media relations, crisis management, and executive positioning.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong strategic mindset.
