About the Role
Maanj Agric Food Secure Nigeria, a leading agri-tech and food manufacturing enterprise based in Zaria, Kaduna State, is looking for a creative and driven Communication Supervisor to join our growing team. Founded in 2022, we leverage modern technology to build sustainable networks for food production, grain storage, and distribution across Nigeria. In this role, you will shape our corporate voice, manage digital platforms, and amplify our mission of driving agricultural transformation and food security.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand visibility and reputation across digital and traditional media channels.
- Supervise daily content creation, ensuring consistent brand messaging across social media platforms, newsletters, and corporate publications.
- Collaborate with internal teams to highlight key milestones in food production, grain storage, and agri-tech innovations.
- Manage media relations, draft press releases, and coordinate public awareness campaigns regarding our food security initiatives.
- Monitor digital engagement metrics, analyze communication performance, and report on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
- Possession of a relevant degree or HND in Mass Communication, Public Relations, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience in corporate communications, content creation, or social media management.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a strong grasp of digital communication tools and trends.
- Ability to translate complex agricultural and technology concepts into engaging, audience-friendly content.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
