Casafina Development Company, a globally focused alternative asset management firm originating in Africa, is seeking a talented and proactive Communication Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand identity, driving digital engagement across multiple social media platforms, and fostering a vibrant internal communications culture. Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute monthly content calendars, maintaining consistent posting schedules across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
- Review copy, visuals, and creative assets to ensure strict compliance with brand guidelines and tone of voice.
- Coordinate photo and video shoots, managing production timelines, external vendors, photographers, videographers, and influencers.
- Support end-to-end campaign launches by collaborating cross-functionally for timely asset delivery.
- Analyze performance metrics and compile weekly and monthly reports with actionable insights to increase reach, impressions, and follower growth.
- Draft internal announcements, leadership messages, and support employee engagement initiatives, town halls, and onboarding communications.
- Maintain internal channels including email blasts and WhatsApp broadcast groups to ensure timely information flow.
- Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience managing brand social media accounts and content calendars.
- Proven background in internal communications, staff newsletters, or employee engagement.
- Exceptional copywriting, editing, and proofreading abilities with strict attention to detail.
- Working knowledge of design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite and social analytics platforms.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to handle multiple stakeholders and tight deadlines.
