We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Officer to strengthen our operations and drive financial efficiency across our projects.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, project budgets, and financial forecasts for various initiatives.
- Conduct thorough tender reporting, bid analysis, and vendor evaluations.
- Perform cost analysis, risk assessments, and value engineering to optimize project expenditure.
- Manage contractual documentation, administration, and high-stakes commercial negotiations.
- Monitor ongoing project progress closely and implement rigorous cost control measures.
- Collaborate seamlessly with internal stakeholders, contractors, and clients to ensure high-quality outcomes.
- Possess a BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of proven professional experience in the facility management or construction industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in construction cost management, procurement, and contract administration.
- High proficiency in industry-standard Cost Estimation Software, MS Office Suite, and MS Project.
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
