We are currently looking for a driven Commercial Officer to join our expanding team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our project financial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare comprehensive cost estimates, project budgets, and tender reporting and analysis.
- Conduct rigorous cost analysis and value engineering to optimize project expenditure.
- Manage contractual documents, procurement processes, and stakeholder negotiations.
- Monitor ongoing project progress closely and ensure strict cost control measures are maintained.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external clients to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- BSc or HND in Quantity Surveying, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience within the facility management or construction industry.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Cost Estimation Software, MS Office Suite, and MS Project.
- Strong analytical skills, sharp attention to detail, and excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
