Key Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our commercial reach and drive revenue generation.
- Manage and grow relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term satisfaction.
- Prepare comprehensive proposals, coordinate complex contract negotiations, and close strategic deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all commercial activities and customer interactions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to align service delivery with client expectations and resolve any issues promptly.
- Contribute valuable feedback to support continuous improvement and participate in commercial training and awareness sessions.
- Strong commercial acumen backed by proven experience in commercial management, business development, or sales.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build lasting professional relationships.
- Demonstrated expertise in lead generation, client negotiation, and deal closing.
- A relevant academic background in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Proven ability to work effectively on-site in Abuja, manage multiple competing priorities, and meet strict deadlines.
