We are currently looking for a results-driven Commercial Executive to join our team in Benin and help drive our business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the company's client base in the region.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key healthcare stakeholders, hospitals, and corporate clients.
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
- Collaborate with internal medical and administrative teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Represent SYNLAB at medical conferences, networking events, and promotional activities.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of cognate experience in commercial sales, business development, or medical marketing.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Nigerian healthcare and medical diagnostics market.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a results-oriented team.
