- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or professional certifications are an added advantage.
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in commercial banking or corporate lending.
- Proven track record in credit analysis, portfolio management, and successful business development within the Nigerian financial sector.
