Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging, comprehensive, and structured lessons in Commerce to senior secondary students in line with the Nigerian educational curriculum.
- Design and implement effective lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to monitor student progress and academic growth.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and disciplined classroom culture that encourages critical thinking, active participation, and moral development.
- Assess, record, and report on the development, progress, and attainment of students while providing constructive feedback.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development programs.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and behavior in compliance with school policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Education (B.Ed), Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Valid registration with the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is strictly required.
- Proven teaching experience in Commerce within a reputable secondary school setting.
