We are currently recruiting a talented and passionate Coffee Barista to join our client's vibrant establishment. In this role, you will be the face of our beverage service, crafting high-quality coffee and creating memorable experiences for every customer who walks through the door.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve a wide variety of hot and cold coffee beverages adhering to strict quality and recipe standards.
- Demonstrate advanced coffee-making techniques, including the creation of intricate and visually appealing latte art.
- Maintain a clean, sanitary, and well-organized workstation, bar area, and equipment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately, make menu recommendations, and handle transactions efficiently.
- Manage inventory supplies, monitor stock levels, and communicate replenishment needs to management promptly.
- Deliver exceptional customer service while managing orders efficiently during peak operational hours.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience working as a Barista or in a similar hospitality role.
- Extensive hands-on experience and demonstrable proficiency in coffee making and latte art.
- Strong knowledge of coffee bean origins, roasting profiles, and various brewing methods.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer-service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively on a rotational shift schedule.
- Competitive starting salary of N200,000 per month, with room for negotiation based on prior experience and competence.
