Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and interactive online coding lessons tailored for primary and secondary school students.
- Develop and update a comprehensive curriculum covering fundamental programming concepts, web development, and basic robotics.
- Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain detailed academic records.
- Utilize various digital tools and e-learning platforms to facilitate seamless remote learning experiences.
- Engage with parents regularly to discuss student performance and learning milestones.
- Foster a creative, inclusive, and encouraging virtual classroom environment.
- Proven experience teaching coding, computer science, or STEM subjects to children and teenagers.
- Proficiency in programming languages suitable for youth education, such as Scratch, Python, HTML/CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Comfortable utilizing modern e-learning software, video conferencing tools, and virtual whiteboards.
- Possession of a relevant degree in Computer Science, Education, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must reside in Nigeria with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable workspace for remote teaching.
