About the Role
UPDC Plc, a leading institutional property development and management company in Nigeria, is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Cluster Manager to oversee facility operations across multiple assigned sites. In this critical role, you will ensure the seamless delivery of world-termer facility management services, drive operational efficiency, maintain high client satisfaction standards, and achieve key financial targets.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day technical, soft, and support facility management operations across the assigned cluster.
- Supervise, mentor, and evaluate Facility Managers, Site Supervisors, and multidisciplinary site teams.
- Monitor compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and stringent HSE policies.
- Act as the primary escalation point for major client and stakeholder issues, ensuring prompt resolution and high retention rates.
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance schedules for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems and building infrastructure.
- Support site budgeting, monitor operational costs, and drive procurement efficiency without compromising service quality.
- Consolidate operational metrics to prepare accurate cluster performance reports for executive management.
- Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Facility Management, Engineering, Estate Management, Building Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Relevant professional certifications in Facility Management, Engineering, or Project Management will be a distinct advantage.
- 5 to 8 years of professional experience in facility management, property operations, or engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity overseeing multiple sites or facilities.
- Strong proficiency in client relationship management, vendor oversight, and budget administration.
