About the Role
Microsoft Corporation is looking for a dynamic Cloud & AI Solution Engineer to join our team and empower organizations across Nigeria to achieve more through cutting-edge technology. In this role, you will blend your technical depth, architecture expertise, and consultative skills to design end-to-end solutions spanning Azure infrastructure, data, artificial intelligence, security, and modern applications. You will lead technical workshops, proof-of-concepts, and pilots, partnering closely with account teams to drive digital transformation and secure technical wins for enterprise customers.
Key Responsibilities- Apply advanced technical sales methodologies to guide customers through digital transformation, emphasizing security, innovation, and Microsoft Cloud value.
- Act as a trusted advisor by assessing customer needs and translating business requirements into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud architectures.
- Lead complex technical wins across workloads by coaching technical sellers, defining clear strategies, and removing deployment blockers.
- Serve as a technical thought leader by sharing best practices, speaking at events, and enabling customers and partners.
- Build and nurture technical communities through hackathons, mentoring sessions, and collaborative community calls to scale impact.
- Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields with 4+ years of technical pre-sales or consulting experience; or Bachelor's Degree with 6+ years of experience; or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
- Preferred 8+ years of technical pre-sales, consulting, or technology delivery experience.
- Strong background in cloud, hybrid, or on-premises infrastructure architecture, migrations, and industry standards.
- Relevant industry certifications in Azure, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, or related disciplines.
