We are currently seeking a dynamic and analytical Clinical Research Manager to lead our research and product development, strengthen medical collaborations, drive strategic medical outreach, and align clinical expertise with marketing initiatives across Nigeria.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the collection, analysis, and transformation of pharmaceutical market data, clinical trials, and competitor intelligence into actionable insights.
- Design and execute primary and secondary clinical research, including physician surveys and patient-journey studies.
- Track patent expiration dates of critical innovator molecules and identify market opportunities for off-patent products.
- Assist clinical research teams in outlining trial protocols and establishing testing sites for efficacy studies.
- Partner with regulatory affairs and marketing departments to align product development goals with market needs.
- Monitor evolving health policies and guidelines set by NAFDAC, the Federal Ministry of Health, and the WHO to ensure full compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Medicine, or a related life sciences discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in clinical research, pharmaceutical market research, or R&D within the healthcare sector.
- In-depth knowledge of NAFDAC regulations, clinical trial protocols, and local ethical guidelines.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into strategic business insights.
