We are currently seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Clinical Lead (Medical Doctor) to spearhead our clinical operations, drive medical excellence, and shape the future of telemedicine and digital health delivery on the continent.
Key Responsibilities- Lead all virtual clinical consultations via video, phone, and messaging platforms with utmost professionalism.
- Ensure the delivery of safe, empathetic, and high-quality patient-centered care.
- Supervise clinical protocols and oversee nurse-led triage systems to streamline patient flow.
- Provide expert support for case escalations and manage complex medical cases effectively.
- Ensure full compliance with Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN) regulations and medical best practices.
- Deliver exceptional care at home when required by specific patient cases.
- Valid practicing license with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria (MDCN).
- Demonstrated experience in general practice combined with strong chronic disease management capabilities.
