About the Role
HRLeverage Africa is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading multinational provider of digital healthcare infrastructure, for a dedicated Community Pharmacist. In this role, you will provide clinical leadership across two pharmacy locations, ensuring optimal patient care, accurate medication dispensing, and adherence to regulatory standards while leveraging digital healthcare tools.
Key Responsibilities- Dispense medications safely and provide accurate dosage guidance to patients.
- Review prescriptions thoroughly to ensure safe medication therapy.
- Supervise sales clerks, ensuring excellent customer service and proper drug handling practices.
- Conduct basic health screenings including blood pressure, BMI, and blood glucose tests.
- Monitor drug storage conditions, inventory levels, and expiration dates.
- Ensure full compliance with Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) regulations and standards.
- Provide comprehensive medication counselling and empathetic customer support.
- Prepare and submit accurate weekly clinical activity reports.
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid and current Pharmacy Council of Nigeria (PCN) license.
- Minimum of 2 years post-NYSC experience in a community or retail pharmacy setting.
- Strong working knowledge of medications, dosages, and potential drug interactions.
- Proficiency in digital platforms, POS systems, and inventory management software.
- Fluency in both English and Yoruba languages for effective client communication.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- High level of professional integrity, ethical conduct, and attention to detail.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from N200,000 to N300,000 (negotiable based on experience).
