About the Role
Aldelia Limited is currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinic Nurse to join our medical team in Lagos, Nigeria. In this vital role, you will deliver high-quality nursing care, manage patient flow, and respond effectively to medical emergencies in alignment with international health, safety, and environmental standards.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct primary patient assessments, triage, and minor consultations for employees and their dependents.
- Provide comprehensive nursing and psychological care for hospitalized patients and manage surgical emergencies until physician arrival.
- Coordinate closely with laboratory, radiology, and pharmacy units to ensure seamless patient care and treatment execution.
- Supervise auxiliary staff, facilitate health education programs, and participate in preventive healthcare initiatives like immunizations.
- Adhere strictly to HSE guidelines, managing medical waste properly and maintaining a safe, hazard-free clinical environment.
- Maintain accurate medical records, compile OPD data, and report safety incidents promptly to the Head of Hospitalization.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSc Nursing / BNSc) or Registered General Nurse (RGN) qualification.
- Additional certification as a Registered Midwife and/or Registered Accident & Emergency Nurse is highly advantageous.
- Valid certifications in BLS, ACLS, and ITLS.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and medical software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
