About the Role
Bisedge is a pioneer in providing full-outsourcing solutions for material handling equipment (MHE), offering forklifts, comprehensive maintenance packages, and expert operators through an innovative Product-As-A-Service monthly fee model. We are currently looking for a dynamic Client Retention Associate to join our growing team in Nigeria. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of operations and business development, ensuring our valued clients receive exceptional after-sales support while driving repeat business and long-term loyalty.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the end-to-end process for client spares orders from initial request through sourcing, delivery coordination, and confirmation of receipt.
- Carry out procurement activities for spares, liaising effectively with vetted local and foreign suppliers and freight forwarders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for after-sales matters, building trust and providing informed advice to clients.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts and support tender and E-auction preparations.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Technical, Finance, and Warehouse teams to streamline service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of professional experience in inventory management, equipment procurement, or technical sales.
- Strong working knowledge of fleet spare parts management and logistics coordination.
- Exceptional negotiation, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
