About the Role
Mapemond Business Academy empowers business owners and individuals to build profitable, sustainable, and reputable brands through practical, real-world courses. We are currently looking for a dynamic and empathetic Client Relationship Officer to join our team in Nigeria. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our students and stakeholders, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maintaining a welcoming environment for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage all customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, and walk-ins, providing prompt and appropriate assistance in compliance with company policies.
- Build and maintain professional relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and customers to guarantee top-tier customer care.
- Greet customers warmly, accurately ascertain their needs, and handle queries and complaints in a timely, professional manner.
- Act as the company gatekeeper and provide general administrative support to visitors and the office.
- Maintain an orderly workflow according to daily priorities and operational demands.
- Contribute to the development of a robust customer relationship management strategy to drive high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Minimum of a Ordinary National Diploma (OND) or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Client Relationship Officer, Customer Service Representative, or Front Desk Executive.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a polite and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and emotional intelligence to handle difficult queries calmly.
- Proficiency in using CRM software, email tools, and general office productivity applications.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
