About the Role

Oilserv Limited is a leading provider of integrated engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning services across the energy sector. We are looking for a dynamic Client Relations Manager to manage and expand commercial relationships with Umu-Gas CNG and NGL offtake customers, distributors, and industrial clients in Nigeria.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary commercial contact for existing and prospective CNG and NGL offtake clients.
  • Negotiate, review, and manage offtake agreements, supply contracts, and service level agreements.
  • Onboard new clients through credit vetting, contract execution, and coordination with logistics teams.
  • Monitor contract performance and delivery schedules to swiftly resolve supply or scheduling issues.
  • Investigate and resolve client billing queries, service complaints, and commercial disputes professionally.
  • Maintain a robust CRM system ensuring accurate records of contracts, communications, and account history.
  • Track and report on client satisfaction, contract renewals, revenue performance, and key metrics.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the domestic gas market to expand the customer base.
  • Coordinate client communications during planned maintenance, turnarounds, or supply disruptions.
  • Support pricing reviews, market intelligence gathering, and competitor analysis for commercial strategy.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of experience in client relations, key account management, or commercial roles within the oil and gas, energy, or industrial B2B sector.
  • Direct experience with CNG, NGL, LPG, or gas offtake agreements is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrable track record of successfully managing key accounts and leading contract negotiations.
  • Strong understanding of the Nigerian domestic gas market and regulatory landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
