About the Role
Fadac Resources is seeking a highly organised, proactive, and detail-oresnted Client Advisor Assistant to join our dynamic Wealth Management division in Lagos. In this role, you will provide comprehensive operational and transactional backing to our relationship managers, enabling them to focus on business development and deepening client relationships. This is a fast-paced position ideal for a finance professional who excels in data analysis, client service, and financial reporting within the Nigerian financial services sector.
Key Responsibilities- Support relationship managers in managing day-to-day client interactions, service requirements, and operational requests.
- Prepare comprehensive meeting materials, professional client presentations, and detailed portfolio reports.
- Assist in the client onboarding process, ensuring full compliance with documentation and regulatory requirements.
- Track performance, conduct asset allocation analysis, and monitor risk across multi-asset class portfolios.
- Coordinate seamlessly with operations, compliance, and investment advisory teams to ensure accurate transaction processing.
- Assist with business development initiatives by researching prospects, preparing pitch materials, and maintaining pipeline tracking.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 4 years of professional experience in wealth management, private banking, asset management, or financial services.
- Professional certifications such as CFA, CFP, or CISI are strongly preferred.
- Exceptional proficiency in MS Office suite, advanced Excel (including financial modeling), and macOS productivity tools.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with a high degree of integrity and discretion.
