About the Role

We are currently looking for a meticulous and dedicated Clerk of Works to join our dynamic site team and ensure our projects are executed to the highest standards of quality and precision.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor daily construction activities to ensure strict compliance with approved architectural drawings, structural specifications, and industry quality standards.
- Inspect incoming building materials, ongoing workmanship, and completed phases of construction to verify adherence to project requirements.
- Identify structural defects, non-conformities, and deviations from approved plans, promptly escalating issues to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Maintain comprehensive site records, daily progress logs, and detailed reports regarding material usage and workforce activities.
- Liaise effectively with Project Managers, consulting engineers, contractors, and site teams to resolve technical site challenges under pressure.
- Enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards across all assigned construction sites.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (BSc/HND) in Civil Engineering, Building Technology, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, or a related discipline.
- 7 to 10 years of proven professional experience in construction supervision, site inspection, or quality control.
- Possession of relevant professional certifications in construction or engineering is a strong added advantage.
- Deep working knowledge of modern construction methods, material properties, and quality assurance procedures.
