We are currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented, and trustworthy Cleaner to join our dedicated facilities team at our office located on Ago Palace Way, Lagos, ensuring a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for our staff, clients, and daily visitors.
Key Responsibilities- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all office floors, private workspaces, executive boardrooms, restrooms, hallways, and shared common areas.
- Empty all waste baskets and recycling bins regularly, ensuring proper waste disposal in accordance with facility guidelines.
- Clean and sanitize restroom fixtures, restock essential supplies including soap, tissue, and paper towels daily.
- Wipe down office furniture, windowsills, glass partitions, and common touchpoints to maintain a germ-free workspace.
- Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report shortages to management in a timely manner.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and company policies when handling cleaning chemicals and specialized equipment.
- Proven professional experience as a cleaner, janitor, or housekeeping staff member within a corporate office environment.
- Demonstrated honesty, high integrity, punctuality, and a strong professional work ethic.
- Basic practical understanding of safe cleaning chemicals, sanitization procedures, and standard cleaning equipment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage daily cleaning schedules effectively.
- Good communication skills and a courteous demeanor when interacting with staff and visitors.
- Residency in or around Ago Palace Way, Okota, or accessible areas within Lagos mainland.
