Telic International Academy is a premier private early childhood and primary educational institution located in Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria. We are committed to providing strong care and learning foundations from infancy through elementary levels. We are currently seeking a passionate, creative, and hardworking Classroom Teacher to join our dynamic academic team and inspire the next generation of leaders.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and interactive lessons aligned with the school curriculum.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to effective learning and child development.
- Manage student behavior effectively and promote positive social interactions among peers.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Collaborate with fellow educators, school administration, and parents to support holistic student growth.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, and professional development programs.
- Minimum of a B.Ed, B.Sc, or HND with a PGDE or equivalent, or an NCE qualification with at least 5 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Possession of a Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) certification will be an added advantage.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with strong classroom management abilities.
- Proficiency in ICT tools for modern teaching and administrative tasks is an added advantage.
