Key Responsibilities- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, interactive daily lessons in alignment with the school curriculum and Islamic values.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages positive student behavior and active participation.
- Assess and monitor student progress regularly, providing constructive feedback and maintaining accurate academic records.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, school administration, and parents to support the holistic development of every child.
- Utilize modern, student-centered teaching strategies to cater to diverse learning needs within the classroom.
- Participate actively in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and school-organized extracurricular activities.
- Possession of a relevant academic qualification (NCE, B.Ed, B.Sc, or equivalent) in Education or a related discipline.
- Proven teaching experience in a structured school environment, preferably within a Montessori or progressive setting.
- Strong understanding of child development principles and modern pedagogical strategies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- A strong moral character with alignment to Islamic values and ethics.
