Key Responsibilities- Deliver engaging and effective secondary school lessons aligned with the approved Nigerian curriculum.
- Assess, monitor, and record student progress, providing constructive feedback to support academic growth.
- Maintain a disciplined, orderly, and positive classroom environment conducive to effective learning.
- Collaborate with colleagues and school management to plan extracurricular activities and school events.
- Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding student performance and behavioral development.
- Possess relevant academic qualifications, such as a B.Ed, B.Sc, NCE, or equivalent in a related discipline.
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Exhibit high levels of discipline, punctuality, responsibility, and professional integrity.
- Ability to work efficiently with little or no supervision while meeting institutional standards.
- Prior teaching experience in a recognized secondary school setting will be an added advantage.
