Key Responsibilities- Create and sustain a caring, pleasant, and stimulating learning environment that inspires excellence and fosters success among pupils.
- Prepare comprehensive lesson notes and learning resources in accordance with approved curriculum requirements and school standards.
- Deliver engaging lessons to learners using exciting, interactive, and diverse teaching methodologies.
- Oversee student progress by diligently tracking classroom behavior, participation, assignments, and examination grades.
- Provide constructive feedback on each learner, identify students requiring extra support, and implement personalized improvement plans.
- Possession of a B.Ed, NCE, or BSc/HND coupled with a PGDE and a valid TRCN Certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of proven professional experience as a primary school class teacher.
- Exceptional fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
- Demonstrated excellence in classroom management and interpersonal communication skills.
- High digital agility and strong familiarity with contemporary ICT learning tools and educational technology.
